Consultant Background
Belinda’s educational experience includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Maryland Global Campus. During her educational experience and while working on her internships, she provided counseling to at-risk foster youths as well anger management counseling to court appointed domestic violence offenders.
Currently she holds an instructor certification for Mandt Systems training in the Relational, Conceptional, and Technical Skills Chapters. She has also held her CPR and First Aid instructor certification with American Red Cross for over eight years. Belinda’s professional experience includes over 13 years with non-profit organizations, 6 of those years managing the training department for an agency that supported over 600 staff. Her training experience included delivering COMAR and staff development trainings through an array of platforms including in-person, virtual, and hybrid/blended trainings. Trainings were delivered to diverse populations and through all levels of management.
